ENTRY ARCH ENLARGEMENT
Entry archway enlarged in non-bearing wall, milling and staining new oak trim to match existing woodwork, marry drywall to old plaster and lathe and floor refinishing
MAJOR HOME REMODEL
Began with excavating for paver/gravel sidewalk, construction of garden arbor, conversion of carport to sunroom with new electrical line. Also added a new storage room with unique designed slider door and storage cabinets with ceramic countertop and indirect lighting – leading to backyard. I designed and fabricated all screens and doors.
